The stars in the sky
Visible at night
Why do they give hope?
Vision of another time
Problems arise
In the dark skies
You reach for the stars so bright
But they are so far away
Pour your dreams and wishes out to them
Hoping they will come true
The stars just stray further away
Taking everything you gave them with them
Evil stars that appear at dark
That when they shine you close your eyes
No longer wanting what you felt it had
Makes you wonder why you liked them
Morning comes
The stars disappear
Don't worry
They took everything away
