Array ( [sid] => 9258 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Danny [time] => 2002-12-26 22:00:00 [hometext] => This poem is written about my nephew Danny. He's now 8 mos. old...and time goes by soooo quick. [bodytext] => I hold you tight and kiss your nose
I grasp your finger and tickle your toes.
A precious life with meaning so bright
I swaddle you close watching you sleep at night.
You toss and turn, looking in each new direction,
I look at you and I see perfection.
Each breath you take it's one more leap in my heart
It's now unfathomable to think what life would be like if we were to part.
This little man so cuddly and sweet
A pure angel on earth that I got to meet.
Not too far away diapers we'll rid
I'll remind you how stinky they were, but I'll just kid.
You're growing so fast right before my eyes
I'm enjoying every second with you, but I'm sad to finally understand how quickly time flies.

Yeah..I'm babysitting him again tonight....I love playing with him..time does go by too quick. He's such a cuddlebug and he loves cartoons already. He's the most beautiful little person I know. My mom read this poem and she said this was exactly how she felt about me when I was little. At least I'll be a "young aunty". *LOL*
