[bodytext] => From the beginning of time to the present day Our thoughts are in full accord As we observe existence all along the way How can one doubt that there is a Lord? A stately tree, myriads of sweet smelling flowers A little puppy or kitten we spy We could go on for untold hours and hours As we gaze very reverently up at the sky. A baby's smile, the dearest thing on earth Bring joy to our hearts as we nod A Mom and Dad's happiness, total glee and mirth How could there not be a God? As we take in the beauty of mountains and streams See a sunset, a rainbow, or such We are certain that even in our wildest dreams It's all taken for granted too much! And so, all take heed, and offer our thanks Let's pursue this with vigor and vim Whether we're poor, or have much wealth in banks It's all because of the love shown by Him!
