Compare this hour to that of none
Before, this day, drifts slowly away
And the oceans tides recede to the bay
Waste no time-
Grab a moment of eternity without delay

Feel the Silky Soft Sand
Inch in between your toes
Count a grain for every star
Only gazed upon from worlds apart
Touch the cool summer breeze
How it glides with certain ease
Can’t remember how you got here
And why you can never leave

Smell the Sea Shore Scent
Nature tries desperately to connect
To the dream you once dreamt
No exceptions, you are not exempt
Bound to the book, which keeps you still
All this life around you, loves you until
This mighty painting, you erased
A thought, unthunk, the ultimate waste

This is a very unique poem compared to your others; I liked it all the same. I found the last stanza of particular interest...Also, this line; "Count a grain for every star, only gazed upon worlds apart..." Poignant to say the least.
