A woman fighting to find her life
In search of everything she is foreseeing.
Running away from this life’s strife
To find the man in search of his life.
Together she prays they will become one
Creating a new life…the healing has begun.

When she stares into this man’s eyes
She hopes he will see the pain she struggles with everyday
Slowly the man appears in the darkness and watches her
As she kneels and prays on bended knee.
She screams, “Lord please bring him here to me!”
Not knowing he is hiding…right behind the tree.
As the prayer continues…
The woman cries deeply
Remembering all the times she thought she was in love
Remembering all the times she prayed to the man up above.
Feeling lost in all emotion
She prays for love of all things
Imagining life in slow-motion
Misunderstanding what this life brings.

When this man comes into her life
And witnesses the battles of this woman’s biography
Will he stay or will he remain…to help this woman along her way?
As the prayer continues…
…“oh Lord please let him stay!”
He realizes the woman is in search of love,
Someone to hold her and never let go
To help her find the love of the man above and so much more.
The love in which he his now willing to show.
For love does exist but yet it is sometimes hard to find
Somewhere out there the woman fell behind…

Because of your talent and open mind, you've given me the ability to write freely again (without thinking). I thank you so much for that Priscilla. I know God planned for us to meet, you brighten my everyday. Thanks for being such an inspiration. Love you too. Keep writing. = )

Very nice poem about finding love, which is very difficult to find in this day and age.
