no one can stop it
I did it myself
and now I'm stuck in it
and I've no way out
so what is the cruel irony of life
that when you express how you feel
that it backfires on you
so why did i say that
I brought it upon myself again
I've been told that 100 times now
I know that it is true
but gosh why does this always happen to me?
why can't I be normal?
like every one else
why does this just happen
why do I always set myself up
for the fall that I've faced too many times now
I want out of my web
I want to break away
from this pattern
I need a change of plan
but no one ever will go along
I think they enjoy watching me screw it up
and over and over again
they point it out.....

what a tangled mess I'm in

This is a great poem i can really relate to it
