Array ( [sid] => 91891 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => No Matter [time] => 2005-04-22 15:06:30 [hometext] => I wrote this last night at a meeting. I cried lots.. and.... well... anyways, it was generally a good night... [bodytext] => No matter how I hurt you
No matter how far I pushed you away
No matter how far I ran too
You were always begging me to stay

No matter which words I used
No matter how I blasphemed against your name
No matter which path I swore I'd choose
Your love for me remained the same

And though I hurt you one more time
And though I turned my back again
You sit here and wash away my slime
And try to ease away my pain

Your love for me is unending
Your faith in me is breath-taking
You're there for me to lean on, unbending
Your love.... has left me shaking

Help me, Lord, to stop this in my life
Help me, Lord, for I cannot face it without you
Help me, Lord, release me from this strife
Help me, Lord, for I know only you is true [comments] => 1 [counter] => 200 [topic] => 11 [informant] => yellow_sundragon [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => ChristianPoetry )

teach how to pray for those who do not understand me
