from this endless pain
is there nothing to take me
away from this vain
stabbed by the dagger
of friendships past
now i stand on the sidewalk
so lonely and vast
baring such emotion
my eyes swell with tears
walking this boulevard
no one will find me here
escape from the world
and it's devious lies
am i so alone
have i reason to cry
did i do this to myself
in depth of such tears
must i continue on
living within my fears
is it not enough
to have lost so much
why this price i must pay
wasnt that enough? [comments] => 4 [counter] => 157 [topic] => 48 [informant] => blue_angel [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

this is a very common feeling that I used to have everyday . you just have to be strong and learn not to feel sorry about your self . it works. believe me !

Wow, you made me wanna cry and I'm a guy. Feel free to hit me up if you wanna talk or to even read some sad poetry of mine even though they mostly suck. I hope you feel better and that it all works out, keep your chin up.

A really emotional piece on being alone. You tug at my heart with all these words. The last 3 lines summarize the sadness yet leave the door open for yet more... abandonment. As someone who has lived a long and... well... alone life, I can say that it doesn't always get better. But, you have the power to make it better. Someone like yourself who has the power to touch hearts and bring mistyness to eyes will not be alone forever. I know waiting is hard, and it can seem like ten million eternities, but know that you can do it, and you are not completely alone. Your many friends in cyberspace can attest to that.
