a hidden forest surrounded by soft meadows
A dead forest of guilt and envy
A vibrant evergreen forest of compliments and remedies
Fortold to be locked away and widowed...

Outer arena of wild flowers and sunshine
Delicately coating the hatred and despair
Delicately hiding the harsh truth's core
Delicately disguising the passed on verbal war
Out decieves and destroys all who sincerely care...

Jagged poison berries hold the lies of the past
Immortal and evil and packed of sin
Immortal words to live on forever
Immortal, spoken and written together
Jagged insults to cut me deep within...

Deep in this forest, half dead, half alive
Broken world promises cannot be erased
Broken hearts and friendships leave a scar
Broken glass and words permanently imprinted are
Deep and prolonged, luckily easily forgotten after faced...

-------
If you don't understand this I will explain it, since it may be a little bit confusing for the reader...
It's about the things people say to you, and things you say to others, can be forgotten, placed in the back of your mind or heart, but they will still be there, in the forest, and some of the forest is beautiful evergreen, but some is dead and evil, same as words [comments] => 3 [counter] => 159 [topic] => 25 [informant] => dreamer_for_eternity [notes] => (Change made by Mod_11 as requested) [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => MiscPoems )
