My body is laced in scars
Some are streaming blood
And the pain, forever tangible
My pen is burning holes
In the paper
Scarred by scathing suicide notes
To all who've ever wronged me in my eyes

Slowly I start to realize
The pain... its only growing
I need to escape however
Adding a few more surface cuts
My insides been torn enough
I'm nearing the end of my sad story
Its been a rollercoaster ride
Straight down...

Its not fair I know
So I put the gun down
I can't live in heaven
With all your tears
Burdening my soul
Burning my consciousness,
But if only you knew
Maybe you'd let me die

But if only you knew maybe you'd let me die, those are some strong words bobo, your poems touch me deeply they take me back in time to a place i haven't been in a while that i struggle with each day not to go back .....i would be a hypocrite to ask you not to cut my friend....but do not cut so deeply that your breath is taken away....
