Of the pain that I felt.
I don't know how I managed,
But somehow I dealt.

I learned to forget,
To put it in my past.
Lets count the days,
Of how long it will last.

So far so good,
I'm doing great.
Someone will screw it up,
You just wait.

You come along,
And make me feel.
Of the pain I once had,
From which I managed to heal.

From the day of conception,
To the day I was born.
From the first time I cried,
To the time that I mourned.

When I was raped,
To when I was abused.
From when I was cheated on,
To the times I was used.

Please don't remind me,
Of all that pain.
I've somehow recovered,
From crazy to sane.

From the times I cut my arm,
To the times I cut my soul.
When I was bounded,
To the times I lost control.

From the nightmares,
To the dreams.
When I'm insane,
Nothing's as it seems.

I beg you,
Please don't remind me.
Of that pain,
And how I used to be.

Please don't remind me,
Of the pain that I felt.
I don't know how I managed,

You have really got some powerful writing, everyone knows that your strong person for just reading your poems, I wish I was that strong!
