The invisible barriers placed by hands.
My own quivering hands,
My own dreaded work of art.
Ignorance now separates me,
Me and my cheerful friends.
The kindness I feel is as fake as pyrite.
Solid walls of opaque black tourmaline,
Stand and blockade the way.
A concrete invisibility to all others,
A fox passing by silently.
Blazing hollowness being painted,
In my dire disfigured heart.
My bottomless hatred being merged,
A mixture of everything mistaken.
This world prevails as iron walls,
Covering all as a blanket of despair,.
Memories from the past embed,
Into the present and future.
Reminiscences haunt you as a phantom
Following you, trapping you, killing you,
Painfully, slowly, silently.
Hourly death over and over again,
Since its been here ever so long.
I’ve never heard anyone say,
I love you, I truly do. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 197 [topic] => 48 [informant] => Crimson_Valley [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 14 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )
