Beating myself till I fall to the floor
With my vulnerability I break my own heart
With my own hands I tear me apart
Covered in scabs and scars I have made
Watching from a distance, I see myself fade
Knowing the danger of this habit I use
But it’s okay because I like the abuse
The thick stench of pain in the air
Through my own skin I slowly tear
Blood drips down and stains my wrists
From my hand the knife gently slips
Crying now I see through the tears
I have become my very worst fear
I have infected myself with my own disease
Addicted am I to the pain release
Someday I will find the cure for infection
Becoming this was not my intention
Controlling is the addiction I cannot break
And now more red scars I will make

I feel so sorry for you! I went through the same thing a couple of years ago. SO dont feel alone. Slitting your wrists isnt the way to handle things. Place your self with a group of people who care about you.
