Oh my, I love this.
What a lovely thought...of being a statue.
I adore that first stanza.

Great write,
Phil

Quite an imagination. I often seek out writes such as yours. Very different and enjoyable to boot.

Your ability to add life to your thoughts is a plus sign for your talents. The subject itself is unique, and the way you handle it shows imaginative genius.

Try, as I did, I could never get seriously wrapped up in the picture you were trying to put across. I just kept thinking of what birds do to statues, and could never picture myself as one. Maybe I should have got off the mower a couple of hours earlier.

Cheers
John
