Give heed to this my gentle voice
that speaks in whispers soft but clear
and still the constant hands of time
so I may ever hold you near
Let these my eyes drink in the sight
of perfect beauty's incarnation
and taste the sweetness of your lips
whose touch will be this man's salvation

Pray, test the grace within this tongue
and give me words both pure and true
for flowered prose can ne'er express
this timeless love I hold for you

There is a texas band that sings a song called "Woman my Salvation" and I could hear that song in my mind instantly when I got to the last verse.

You see things with your eyes, heart, and your deep soul. When you pen them it comes out so eloquently, like you've been given a gift to express.
