[hometext] => I've been having trouble keeping to my faith my whole life and am trying hardest lately to get me through this tough time. This is what I wrote about it.

on that cross long ago.
What it means I finally see
and the tears begin to flow.
"Thank you Jesus" I pray,
for everything you did.
You took the torture for me that day
and the pain will never be rid.
Everyday I ask myself,
"Why does He forgive me?"
I just keep hurting myself
even though He's there with me.
He walks with me through life, i know
and he carries me when its rough.
He's helping me to spiritually grow
I need it now, life is tough.
Every night, when i go to bed
I pick up my bible and pray
"get these bad thoughts out of my head
and help me make through the day."
I need you God!
to make it through.
I love you God,
and know you love me too.

I know that Jesus died for me

Beautiful poem. And yes he does hear you. You just spoke the words and he will answer, but maybe not in the wat that you would think. He does Love you sooooo much. All you ever have to do is let him in, and fully trust in him he will do the rest!

That is a question I also ask quite frequently
I enjoyed this poem and I hope that you stick
to God in your pain closer than I did. If you

Wonderful, Just wonderful. Gives me goosepimples all over my body just reading it cause it speaks volumes to me. Seriously, one of the best written and powerful poems I've ever read. I'll have to keep checking your archives in hopes you keep writing with the same emotion and passion. God Bless!
