My life went down the drain

No one's there

Why do these things happen
Always right in front of me
What? and Why? run through my head
How come I didn't see?

I feel like I'm so powerless
My life's out of control
I made a single bad mistake
The rest of time's the toll

Helplessness is one of the worst things to feel. We've all been there and we wonder how it'll ever stop, but somehow it always does.
Great poem. I like how the lines in the last stanza were very short and to the point.
It captured your feelings well.

Alot of times one mistake can ruin you. Trust me i've had plenty of them.

these feeling suk but we all lose control sometimes there is nothing we can do about it until you feel better hang in there and be brave

We all lose control and make mistakes at times but if you didn't do that how could you learn, right? And besides some of my best meriories is when I lost control and made mistakes.
