Array ( [sid] => 89257 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => One Day At A Time [time] => 2005-03-29 21:54:15 [hometext] => Many people understand that with every new day of school comes a different feeling. One day brings depression and angst while the next may be the best of your life [bodytext] => Monday I wake up
Grouchy and irritable
I trudge to my school
So early in the morning
By the evening I'm so wiped
I just can't think straight

Tuesday my alarm goes off
I slam the snooze
I'm just a tad bit groggy
But I am up before the alarm goes off again
Head off to school on a slightly better note
Come home tired but pleased

Wednesday I pry myself out of the comfortable sleep
Just a few minutes before the alarm
I stand and head for class
I come home depressed and angry
Another horrible time with that one jerk
I cry myself to sleep with the desire to kill him

Thursday I wake up still raving about yesterday
Oh who cares? I jump in the car and head to school
I come home a bit refreashed
Smiling like the day is still there
A smile that would make the sun jealous

Friday is a glorious day
I jump out of the bed and run around the block
I am so refreshed! What a wonderful day already!
Grinning like the chesher cat I hop on down to school
No one makes me angry
I walk in to the house grab my pay and slam the door
Tonight I live!

Every human lives their own life and feels that no one knows what it is like
Read this poem and compare it to your week
I bet there are more people out there that understand than you or I think [comments] => 2 [counter] => 175 [topic] => 21 [informant] => DesolantDreamer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

How very true. Life is rather unpredictable huh?
