Array ( [sid] => 89244 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Goth Girl [time] => 2005-03-29 20:08:04 [hometext] => [bodytext] => Goth girls' got a pretty smile,
beneath the make up,
beneath the pin-up
of Him in her room,
she smiles amid the gloom.

Goth girls' got a thing for black.
She pulls green socks above high heeled boots,
feigns interest in her paegan roots,
that chain around her neck?
A gilded cross and a turniquiet
choker, studded with spikes,
she's got a style that is it's own.

Goth girls' got an attitude.
A sensual style that won't allude
to girlish fantasies, ponies,or prude
ideals become cliched to feel.
She's got random pain with random blame
that you wouldn't even know what it's like
to be her on a given day, you don't understand,
being of the sway makes you dead to her empathy.

Goth girls' walk a special line,
between what is real and what is lying.
Elitest in being unelitist,
defeated in being the defeatist.
Searching for attention in an ADD world,
she locks on the affection of the make believe girls,
that doesn't exisit, but is hated so much,
she is reviled so much,
the step sister of the cheerleader click,
the princess of all that is different and sick,
the alienated,
goth chick.
