There lies a place that belongs only to me.

Where whirlpools swallow the time passed by
Where the eagle soars high in the sky.

All my worries and troubles are blown away
And a sweet lullaby awakens each new day.

The sweet caress of moonlight brings magic everywhere
And high in the mountains lies the dragon’s lair.

A place where thunder and lightening strike without sound
Where the light of the fireworks burn out loud.

Where the grass is never greener on the other side
And the sun on the horizon takes me on a magical ride.

Clouds like fairy floss that are good enough to eat
The lake flowing upside down is a marvellous feat.

Where Arctic polar bears are feely allowed to roam
A place where in my heart I can always call home.

My favorite line was "Where whirlpools swallow the time passed by"

and although I don't quite get the "fairy floss" = clouds - I appreciate these original thoughts much more than the cliche-ish lines of "Where the grass is never greener on the other side" and "Where the eagle soars high in the sky".

I also really liked your opening "High above the clouds, way beyond the sea
There lies a place that belongs only to me."
