SOMETIMES I PRAY FOR GOD;
TO ANSWER A CERTAIN PRAYER.
AND AS IT'S LEFT UNANSWERED;
I WONDER IF HE'S THERE!

LISTENING AS I ASK;
FOR THINGS THAT I WANT OR NEED
AND THEN MY EYES ARE OPENED;
SO THAT MY HEART CAN SEE.

THAT GOD WILL ALWAYS ANSWER;
OUR PRAYERS, IN HIS OWN TIME.
MAYBE NOT THE WAY WE ASK;
BUT WHAT'S BEST FOR US DOWN THE LINE.

SO I TRY TO STAY PATIENT;
AND REMEMBER GOD GIVES TO ME,
EVERYTHING THAT’S NEEDED;
UNTIL I CAN FINALLY BE.

WITH HIM WAY UP IN HEAVEN;
WHERE EVERYTHING I'LL SEE
IS AS PEACEFUL AND PERFECT;
FOR ALL ETERNITY.

BECAUSE GOD IS THE ONLY ONE;
WHO KNOWS WHAT IS BEST.
AND WITH UNANSWERED PRAYERS;

SOMETIMES I PRAY FOR GOD;
TO ANSWER A CERTAIN PRAYER.
AND AS IT'S LEFT UNANSWERED;

As we are all part of god's plan, we will be where he wants us even when we don't understand why. There is a reason and in time it is revealed. You answered my prayer after years of wondering if I was ever heard. I Love You................Mike
