Embers shall always burn

Contributed by dream_protector_bp on Monday, 14th March 2005 @ 05:30:49 PM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

Embers shall always burn
Hearts will always light
Love can lie
And love can live.
Then it too, will die,
When we have nothing left to give.

....We lose our faith....

...fall from grace....

Water flows
And Wind blows
The Earth cries
And Fire dies

Poetry will always inspire
...Even if the message is lost.

The dawn will always come
The moon will always flee
Poets will live on in the hearts of some-
Transpose their beauty for all to see

The sun will darken one day.
But hope yet is set in dying embers' place
For no one in truth can ever say
When poets will lose their faith.

Or if they ever will.
