I believe in your story and I am sure it is true for most that have gone to the foreign lands. I just wanted to thank you for being there for your fellow man. That's most important to me. And even if you think that you were there just to help your fellow men, I am here longer because of what you were sent to do. I thank you

I love that you wrote, "we did not fight for our country or for the fame, we fought for our brothers beside." Those very words express that you would sacrifice your own life for another, and not even the most beautiful landscapes, or aweful ones for that matter, would sway your dedication to soldiers of war! No fame, and no amount of money can save the lives of those men fighting, except for his brother beside him...YOU! This writing seems so honest, so full of depth, WONDERFUL! Keep it up
