You wrought the blood
Of your own followers
And tears produced a flood
For the fallen martyrs

You infect delusions of life
By saying you'll take away strife
When you'll do nothing of the kind
And leave happiness to find

In the verses of hatred that you preach
You leave perfection out of their reach
You have so many people that believe
In your lies about faith needed to see

But my blood is what you've taken enough of
With your sick delusions of love
And I've seen enough [comments] => 5 [counter] => 155 [topic] => 13 [informant] => essentially9 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

I am not sure if you were talking about
religion with this, but if you were it was still a
great poem even though I disagree with it. I
loved the title it was just awesome. Keep up
the great writing.

Odd how in this write it seems that you have broken free of this power, leader while so many others have not. Are you wrong or are they? An interesting perspective, well done!
