[hometext] => Stubborn, judgmental, opinionated, contradicting... human nature.
[bodytext] => So says the religious leader: Your faith you must never doubt. So says the judgmental elder: Child, you follow the wrong route. So says the tenacious teacher: What I say is what is true. So says the expectant parent: I have been let down by you. Just a smattering of samples from a never-ending list Disapproval, expectation... All on their own truth insist. Where does anything belong in the world of right and wrong? Nature, nurture teach to choose: Be decisive--pick a side. Strong opinion as an emblem that should be displayed with pride. With assurance of one's theory, with much credible support, comes a tidal wave of challenge set to question and distort. Viewed from countless different angles is the complex shape of life; Disregard for all but one feeds the eager lust of strife. Partiality is strong in the world of right and wrong... Each with his own set belief tries to influence another Goals of moral unity deviant ideas smother All are right in their own minds; things unclear to others see Strive to alter wits and ways-- Tolerant, allegedly. We will only draw near truth here in life's uncertainty by concurring we don't know; letting every notion be. A perplexed, conflicting throng is the world of right and wrong [comments] => 1 [counter] => 167 [topic] => 25 [informant] => FreeThoughts1003 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => MiscPoems )
