[hometext] => Dont read this poem unless youve seen the picture that inspired the poem 'Strange fruits'; theres no way you would get it. This poem is about lynching, and I dont think I have done the hurt caused justice one tiny bit.
[bodytext] => The sky; a land of black The ground; a sea of white Gawk up at two stars That glint brightly tonight Twisting and turning Silent screams Hairs stand on end Destruction of dreams Burning flesh So ripe and fresh A stiffled sob A begging throb A sore shuffle Then nothing...
