Brought on by never ending corruptions
I still remember when
I was pure
That was long ago
Now I'm tainted
By life's natural darkness

There is a void within me
Where my innocence used to dwell
I'm always trying to fill it
Each time i try
It seems like
The emptiness expands
Whats left of my childhood
Decays away

I am now forced to confront corruption
To even take part in it
Quick pleasures
Consume me now
Slowly destroying me

A feeling of apathy overwhelms me
Watching as my world goes by
Still dwelling on old memories
Wishing i could relive them
Despising people
Who think they still have hope
Secretly wanting
To be just like them

i am swooned by this piece and the dark themes which you have cleverly incorporated.
I feel that I have lived in this state for a long while now and can relate to almost every concept, displayed.
This was an incredible piece.
Unforgettable.

Amazing, the only word I can find to describe this piece.
