The Monster sleeps eternally in His cage,
And the radiant sun welcomes us with open arms…

Come, little one,
You have so much to see and do,
Take my hand, hang on tight,
And I’ll show you the splendors of life…

Oh, darling infant,
I have kept you in the darkness for so long,
In fear of losing you by tainted hands again…
Yet, alas! I had already lost you,
Only a dusty memory of a forgotten childhood…

Confined in this black heart of mine,
Never to see the light of day,
Wondering if I would ever remember you…
Here I am, sweet cherub,
Comforting arms, tears of glee, unbridled love…all for you…

Deprived of purity and joy,
I search within this ever-changing maze of a soul,
And I find you hiding in a shadowed corner,
Afraid, abandoned, silently screaming for someone…anyone…
Such woe for an undeserving child…

Look into my eyes, then gaze into hers,
We are of the same flesh, of the same mind, of the same heart…
The child in me has been revealed,
Through my smile, my tears, my laughter…
With bouncing curls and knowing eyes,
She basks in this newfound radiance,
A gleaming smile on her angelic face…
Tears are forming, no longer of sorrow or agony,

I have found my baby…I have found…me…

Come out, beautiful child from within,
Abandon the morbid shadows of past recollections,
Dwell within my loving embrace,
And live…laugh…love… as an infant should…

The right amaount of light shined in just the right spot ... will always reveal the truth. She has always been there and always will be ... promise you won't lose sight of her again ?

As she shares parts of you ... remember you share parts of her ... bel enfant, belle demoiselle
