[hometext] => isn't all poetry emotional....in fact poetry is emotion...isn't that the point? ^_^ always, abraham
[bodytext] => Old shoes, I forget you. A leather defeat, you, and boundless black crossing over dust and dirt. Stained socks bloody buried deep beneath you, cry for you in the deepest depths of darkness. I alone survive you The empty roads shrieking silence shrieking cold steel and sirens sinking into shadow. I walk. My thoughts bury me beneath you. You, who across deserts; who across ice and clay; who across streets and alley ways; who across night and day, carry me, guide me. All the while time consumes you. But alas, time consumes us all. It is in you that time cannot touch, It is in you that, after all of these years, I still walk with you. Yet, I forget you. I forget you, and I will forget. Time will be sure of that.
