Array ( [sid] => 85656 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Suicide [time] => 2005-02-24 22:43:15 [hometext] => I wrote this along time ago when i was in a bad state of mind. Forgive me I know its not great but its a part of me. [bodytext] => The blade feels cold
Against her raging flesh
The razor glides
Across her smooth skin
Blood rises to the surface
Drips slowly
Spattering the ground below
Swipe after swipe
Crimson liquid gushes
She looks into the mirror
To see a disturbed
Young woman
She sobs
Pressing the metal
Back down to her skin
This time
With more force
She longs for death
Impatient for her
One last breath
Her patience fizzles
She runs to her room
Opens her drawer
Pulls out a handgun
She is a suicidal maniac
Raging and ready
To attack herself
Writing her last goodbyes
She bites the barrel
Staring misery in the face
Who which she greets
With enthusiasm
Finally she takes
That one last breath
The trigger is pulled
She is now on the ground
Just waiting to be found
A river of "sangre"
Seeps from her head
She got what she wanted
She is finally dead [comments] => 7 [counter] => 198 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Les4567 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

I'm sorry it took so long to get here ... Thank you for your warm comments on my words ... I wished to return the favor ... ya know what makes this great ? The brutal honesty of the feelings, the urgent need to be released. The desperation that seems to say she believes there is no other way. I dislike the subject matter personally, but I believe you portrayed it quite well.

i think it is bad enough that kurt cobain, one of the greatest artists of all time commited suicide, and we need no more great people such as yourself dying that way. yo no quiero ver tu sangre....

You have just become my absolute favorite poet.
You are an artist.
