Array ( [sid] => 85145 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Far-Away Stranger [time] => 2005-02-21 10:12:13 [hometext] => I wrote this poem two years ago about a guy that I met. Now two years later, we are still talking , we have fallen in love, and we could be getting married. The sad part is we live in two seperate states. This is for the love of my life. [bodytext] => How can I possibly know you but not upclose
seeing your face but not holding your hand, knowing your name but not who you are yet in a poetic sense knowing my name,
my personality but not me.
So far away but upclose
in my reveries, thinking of how far we are apart yet so close waking at night, dreaming of meeting you,
holding you,
kissing you,
loving you,
yet pushing away the thoughts of never knowing you,scaring me into a place I've never been yet secretly begging to hold your hand in mine with fingers intwine looking into a faraway soul,
desperately hoping,
wishing for forever or someday,
but until my dreams become true
when my someday becomes our forever,
I will dream of the love for
my far-away stranger. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 148 [topic] => 2 [informant] => xlucky_starx [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 12 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
