that i should awaken
in a blood hazed mist
openly surrendering to death
as a betrayal of myself

to live unwanted
to feel no shame
wander around
in endless pain

what shall overcome
and take hold
to tear up inside my soul
what little piece hope and serenity
i behold

destiny's too far away
it shall fall upon this day
and take forever my innocense
away
for i cannot bear to stay
in a world where i am chased
and ever running away

Very nice poem. I could relate to it in a lot, but I don't think I'd ever be able to put together the right words to express it like you did. I have to say your's is one of the best out there even though it's short. I wish you luck and love from those that care about you.
