The blood is infected
As it touches the razor blade
That is completely rusted
With conceptual hate and blame.

The pain can be traced
As far back as the edge
That left a disgrace
With emotions falling off the ledge.

There is no cure to make this go away.
Cutting the bloodless ice watered veins
Ensures this addiction is here...to stay,
And it reminds me that I can feel pain.

A pain that's blistering
And burning in my skin.
Forever unforgiving
I induce pain once again.

These are the scars that heal
From tainted razor blades
That remind me I can feel
With me being the only one
To blame. [comments] => 7 [counter] => 185 [topic] => 13 [informant] => essentially9 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 11 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Incredible write. There's so much sad emotion and it's very powerful. I really liked the flow too. You two make a great team. :-)

This poem makes me sad. I can almost imagine the pain, and mental anguish in it.
It's written extremely well though, if it makes me feel these things.
