A simple sentence
pauses
breaks down unfolds
A buffalo blows bubbles on the side line
completing the intimacy of a ruptured spleen
A ruptured spleen emerges
cries out cries blood and bone and marrow
The world is at its side
screaming forever in an empty jar
screaming I hate
in a cardboard plastic bag
bagging the carrots and peas
the subliminal magazine
lying on my sleeve

The night is at its end.
A simple sentence
pauses
breaks down encloses
A store encrusted above one starry head
complicates this single embedded gem of emotion
An emotion struggling to contain
a simple defeated act, a pious deniable decision
denying the hole and holes in his side
screaming forever in crowded parking lot panoramic views
screaming I hate
in concrete paper houses
housing the people and the street
the insurmountable delusion
dying on my sleeve

The world is at its end.

I have read many of your poems and think you are a really good writer, but I have re-read this several times and I confess I don't quite understand the meaning--am I that dence or what ?
Sorry.
