I linger near, her willing prey, Yearning for just one touch... I know not her name, I know nothing about this obscure seductress... Except her words, Piercing my heart, Poetry of the most beautiful essence... I could go on about her fair and angelic beauty, But then I would be lying... You see, for she is neither fair nor angelic... The Dark Lady is like a black rose, Morbid, deliciously beautiful, most delicate of all flowers... How long have I desired her? That bittersweet mystery that can only be a dream? If this is a dream, Then let me die in slumber... Let the precious moon kill the jealous sun, And may Night spread His ebony blood across the skies once more... For only in darkness, Does the Dark Lady dance her enticing danse macabre... Friends can become more, And lovers are eternal... Sweet Dark Lady, I believe you have stolen my heart, With just one smile and a simple 'Hello'... *Secret crush letters are kinda scary to me, but I thought this one was....sweet... in it's stalker-ish type of way. ;) But I loved the words. Maybe Mr. Anonymous is closer than I think...a school aquiantance perhaps?
