You make bad choices
That can affect the rest of your life
When this happened to me
I didn't realize until after
How guilty I felt
Just because I was hurting
I told you to come along for the ride
And cut yourself so we could die
Because I didn't feel anything about me
Was special or important
Of course people told me many times that I was
But every second grew shorter
And I doubted every word said to me
I remember someone seeing my cuts
And they laughed and said you're a cutter
When that moment happened
I felt hatred
I didn't like that not at all
But the only thing to prevent it from happening again
Is to stop
Even though it may be hard
I know I enough about the people I love to stop

When you are feeling extremely down
You make bad choices
That can affect the rest of your life
When this happened to me

people that give comments like that need to be shot. this was better than great amy. very well written, and i liked your message in this. you clearly identified it with your verses...sort of like an essay =]
