I lie haunted...

Haunted by this mournful melody-
my song.

You've stripped me of all feelings,
that I once held dear.
There's nothing left to say,
nothing I will hear.

As my blood runs cold-
with betrayel and shame.

I loved the rhyme..it was soo natural and lead up to the question..why did it take so long? I'm still asking that??

this is an amazingly talented poem, i love it and im sure people can relate, and although its about a common topic, it is very original, great job

Ohh i so know what you mean, i've been there a lot and it hurts like hell. Anyways before i make a total arse of myself id like to tell you that this was such an amazing poem it really made me remember all those relationships that i had.
