Suppose it's about people who play games with their own lives like I used to do. Looking back on this I realise how much of a *****y angst ridden teeny type person I was lol... [bodytext] => Nailed to the cross and the roots of your family,
To you just chains that grow but thin with age.
Barbed and tightening bleeding and consuming,
The spectre reflected in a blade.

Six feet deep and going under,
Torn through lifes sickening blunder.
From the grave to the prison,
A temporary condition.

Lust for love its only fiction,
A one hour development addiction.
Photographs are forever,
Soul and flesh will sever.

Explosive emotions drugs and magic potions,
Flowering petals of hormones,
Black roses to fill the oceans,
Hiding the thorns ready to poison.

Freedom comes with bullets flying,
The suicidal soul will never stop crying.
Put away these childish things,
You already know what the knife brings.
Mortalitarian, not now.

Great description here. I love the way you started the poem. I thought this poem was a real expression of yourself, at that time in your life, and I am sure that you appreciate it on a sort of nastalgic level. This isn't my favorite type of poetry, but I can see that you were being very honest and real, which is always the best way to be. Yeah, my favorite part of the poem was the very first two lines that I highlighted.

Be True,
zenmind
