Array ( [sid] => 8228 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Season Reflections… [time] => 2002-12-08 08:20:00 [hometext] => Just a little bit about my surroundings and thoughts, for this time of year. I sometimes wish I could keep that warm feeling all year thru. But well, reality hits soon enough. But it sure is nice to have it once in awhile. I cherish it, for some folks, don’t even get that. I wish all a happy holiday season. My real thoughts lie in the blessings I have in those I meet online and off. I celebrate Jesus in his birth, God his Father to our Creator, giving me His warmth and guidance, His light shines forever. [bodytext] => Season Reflections…

Here I sit in the enlightened dark
Enjoying sounds of Christmas tunes
My optic color tree a turning, making its mark
On the walls the color shadows looms
Making it soft and cozy in my little room
Ti’s the season I feel it, don’t you?
I’d be alone, yes I am, but that’s not all in doom
I have many Angels near, those online, and work too
I think how lucky I am, to be here on this earth
As I stare at the candles reflections in my window
Watching wisps of snow, outside dancing on the grounds berth
My cat prancing around his toys, one being an old red bow
I take a seat on the couch, cuddle up, pulling the blankets around
Sipping my hot chocolate, topped with vanilla bean cream
Oh, that warm and fuzzy feeling abounds
As the ever changing lights on the tree gleam
Transfixed by this wondrous sight
Taken in by the season, my emotions amazed
Thinking of family and friends, with blessings to make right
All who find this time of year, giving hearts to praise
