The reality of it all is what I cant become.
Hiding inside of what I could never seem to avoid.
My fingers are now numb,
I cant hold on any more.

Leave it alone!
Get away from my feet!
I will not go under,
Not like this, never this easy!

I may be a failure;
So stay clear of my life.
Times like these, its wiser to look to the left.

Leave it alone!
Get away from my feet!
I will not go under,
Not like this, never this easy!

I said this once before.
Why do you insist on doing this?
Does it bring you fun,
Or some uncanny bliss?

What is it with you?
Constantly when everyone is around...
Every time I seem to rise,
You keep pulling me down.
DAMN!

Well, be who you are anyway is all I can say. This was heartfelt and ticked off. Who knows why people do the things they do? There are no simple black and white answers. It's a good write. Blessings.
