for the next two and a half minutes I'm going to hold you close again
and feel the weight of your tiny textured hand pressed into mine,
Every moment that passes by I want you to think of me
remember my face, rekindle those thoughts, see me as you did in those half -slept dreams,
for the next two and a half minutes, I need to be the only thing that matters to you.

How long does it take to break a heart?
To single- handedly tear my life apart?
Two and a half minutes later I'm back on the floor,
the very place you found me all those months before,
I'm not bitter and the anger has long since gone
but every now and then for two and a half minutes, I don't want to be strong.

Two and a half minutes, its not very long,
don't worry about me, I'll soon be gone,
so for two and a half minutes play it loud,
Its fine, I'm leaving right now [comments] => 2 [counter] => 182 [topic] => 22 [informant] => Urizen [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

I get the feeling there is much here that is unwritten. But it's a good write all the same. Blessings.
