Right out of me
It’s been over ten years
Since I’ve written anything

A harsh dramatic event
Caused a major writer’s block within me
Nothing could make the words come out,
Not the way I wanted them to be

But now I have crossed that threshold and
I can follow my destiny
I’m finally free
Free to put into words all my thoughts and dreams

I envision love and happiness
Feel sorrow and pain
Feelings that was trapped
Now they’re quickly falling like rain

I can write how I feel
I can write it all down
No longer afraid of the words
Don’t care if they are found

This is me, this is who I am
A lover, sinner, and poet
Thoughts of fantasy and reality
Now I can finally set them free
No one will again take it from me

Years and years I’ve been
Searching and yearning for these words
That used to be so constant
And yet erotic in me

From the depths of my heart, mind, and soul
To let the world know
I’m tired of hiding now its time for the real me to be exposed

Time has passed; I’m a mother now, a mother of three
And I’ll show them all the beauty in words, in poetry

There is so much of me to explore
To write about, so many words used to
Imagine, to dream, visualize finally without bounds.

No more loneliness, no heartaches, and tears
Words will guide me as they’ve done so in past years

This is my sanctuary, this is my safehouse,
This is my solitude, this is my fantasy
A place to imagine, a place to dream, from chaos returns my sanity

A never-ending chain of words
A never-ending flow
A stream of words that will take u anywhere you’d like to go

Follow me through my words, feel my desires, listen to me,
Imagine my love, this is who I am
Come and share my serenity

A destiny I will never again let go
Never again would I let you kill this
Wondrous flow.
