I know I can learn more as I grow in life. As life grows within me, I learn more about myself. [bodytext] => To be able to hold ones life in Gods Hands
Then I know, I will get through too
The rough times, seeing two footprints in the sands
I know that when I visit and hold on to an elderly hand
They look upon me as a dear little angel
I am blessed to share their lives, digesting all I can
Or the crying of a little one, the baby’s world
How I wonder at Gods work, they seem so fragile
To hold them is wonderful, the older ones, I read a story, to unfurl
IF the times I hug someone in happiness or pain
It be the calming effect of my strength
Giving renewed hope in faith to gain
In times I eat or walk with a friend in the park
We share so much of our lives in length
To nurture our hearts and souls, keeping from the dark
In the times I have said I Love You
To a husband, friends, and lover
Each made up of a different hue
The Husband was suppose to be forever
Now he is the past, I move to cover
In making a new life, maybe with another?
The Lover also in the past, but not lost
He shared his love, lust and passion
Always with me, my heart the cost
The Friends, some forever, some a short stay
The heart grows fonder when shared of compassion
With those friends, they are true in every way
So the life of giving, learning on my path
Some have endured my goodness and wrath
But truly so much more out there to know
So I haven’t given up, I open my mind to grow
