Just speak softly, and you're sure to achieve
You've done this enough, you've done this before
Just keep on track, and he'll rainbow the floor

You're weaving it right, you're leaving it wrong
Everything's on track, everything will be gone
The smile is there, there's nothing to lose
He's an amateur, with the whole world to prove

The thoughts can now, fully taste the skin
So familiar the case, so honest the grin
He equals nothing, and your eyes are blue
The scene is set, and the director is you

Darkness, can't even describe it
A series of highs, a series of fits
Cornering, the realistic
Still misgiving, as the fiction splits

The questions, now in show
But the answers, he does not know
Torn and broken; his faith
The pupils, now dilate

And he bled
From everything you said
And he bled
Your eyes were really red
And he bled
From thoughts that were misled
And he bled
All life from his head
And he bled
Faster than the stitches could hide
And he bled
Because there's nothing else left inside
And he bled
Faster as everything died
And he bled for you
He bled for lies
