[hometext] => This is for people who have loved, and saw that same love slowly slip away from them, and they didnt know it until it was too late. Real Love lasts, and it never fades, but if it does, it's a far cry from the end of the world. Critiques invited.
[bodytext] => Is the feeling gone? Was it ever there? This feeling I had, That you did share? Why am I so empty, Void of loveless thoughts? I want to speak my mind But I'm tied in knots. The spark that lit inside me The day that I met you Was to burn forever, And grow to be, A love and life anew. What has that become today? What have I done to grow? What did I do, what did I say, Or how many chances did I show That I’m not ready for any real life Or love to keep me going? I know one thing from what I’ve felt. You’re faceless, not special at all. I’m blind to you And with all I’ve dealt, But I’ll still come running when you call. I need you, and that’s not enough. Reciprocation is key. Without you here, My life would be rough, And with no reason to be. Is the feeling gone? I’m not afraid. Love is never what it seems. The feeling will come back, With it, my dreams, And a whole new life I’ll unpack.
