[hometext] => I wrote this with someone I loved in mind. She brightened my world, was there for me through tough times, and she was really, truly beautiful. No matter who you care about, if they truly mean anything to u, they simply make u happier. Critiques invited.

I’ve realized so much can make me smile If you’re around for a little while Seeing beyond my lies. You weren’t around but here you are, Not by my side, but not feeling far, Loneliness disappears. You raise me to so many highs, When you’re around all my sadness dies, Happiness reappears. I haven’t seen you in as many days As I’ve counted all the ways You’ve changed every part of me. I’m a better man with no loneliness I never want more than this. Nothing should make me this happy.
