Array ( [sid] => 81000 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Dreaming of Life in Water [time] => 2005-01-22 15:09:05 [hometext] => This is a poem I had to write for my English class(it describes changing into a dolphin) last year in grade nine. MRS.JONZ WAS AWESOME haha.. See Ya On The Flip Side:P JAS [bodytext] => Dreaming of Life In Water

i stare into the blue in the poster on the wall
it makes me think...i wish i was there
then i notice my skin is gray and it has changed
now i feel like im getting all rearranged

i feel my hands turning into fins
when i look down, i cant believe what i see
my feet are not apart, they are together in one
and then i look up, to see the sun

i feel water around me and have the urge...
to jump into the air and crash into the deep blue
i swim down deep to the bottom of the ocean floor
i see gold, diamonds, and precious jewels galore

i hear someone call out my name from a far
i snap back to reality and focus again
the lesson he is teaching is such a bore to me
i just want to go back into my dream world fantasies
