It’s dark and all the screams make my hair curl
There’s no bombing countries and no massive fires
There’s mythical creatures: werewolves and vampires
I try to stand up and walk around
But my feet aren’t even touching the ground
Flying around like one of Dracula’s bats
Oh man! Those are some real big cats
This can’t be real, it’s all a big fake
All of a sudden the ground starts to shake
Emerging from the huge crevice in the ground
A huge creature rises up and looks around
I thought he had knives in his mouth, but they were just his teeth
With massive clawed hands, he pulled a sword from his sheath
Ten feet tall with a gold sword of five
Oh my God, am I really alive
Almost human looking, except for six hairy arms
It was easy to tell he could do some harm
I’ve got to get away from this beast
Before he makes me part of a feast
Floating away, I hear his loud roar
I can’t take this place anymore
Is this real? I’m confused and don’t know what to think
All of a sudden when my eye started to blink
It was on me with incredible speed
It was easy to tell I was about to become monster feed
It picks me up and raises me to its jaws
I squirm and kick but can’t escape his claws
I have just enough time to realize that my life is through
Right as the monster easily bites me in two
Suddenly I wake up and see that I’m fine
Now I know the most dangerous place is my mind
