To trust,

My heart is still healing,
My dreams feel so real,
An instant replay of that day,
Can't stand to see you,
Can't stand sleeping,
It's still in my mind,
I'm still afraid,
To wish,
To hope,
I'm scared that my wishes wont come true,
I hate hope,
Hope wasn't there that day,
I'm still afraid,
Of seeing your face,
And everyday I see it.
I'm still afraid,
Of what lays beyond these darkend, lonely day.
I lay my head down and try to sleep,
But,

I'm still afraid,
To love,
To trust,

Thank you so much for sharing this. I cry as I read this poem because both of my children were molested and I didn't know right away. We have worked hard to overcome the trauma, but...they are still afraid. May your heart be filled with peace.

Hang tough. It's good to be a little afraid, but don't dwell. It's hard, I know, but "hearts aren't made to break, they're made to love" Let it out, and keep your chin up.

I'm sorry to hear you are hurting. I went through that when i was younger and the fear is hard to get through but it will go away, so will the nightmares. Stay strong!

I know what you are going through. God will deliver, I'm sure u are wondering how but God works in mysterious ways that we sometimes don't understand but I made it through and so will you.

now I'm mad... god I hate this world, all this stuff on it, it's all disgusting. This is why I hate the world, why I don't want lust... it all seems evil and I'm getting tired of it... who ever it is, I want them to die...slowly...painfully... I can't take these things and I really get angry, homicidally angry at these people...
