My feelings are running trapped
in the essance of me.
Be glad i don't show you
how it feels to be
walked on,
to be
talked about,
to be
pushed around,
but when you can't push back,
that is when you realize that
you are invisible.
It is painful.
Your perfect life could not handle
what you put me through.
Your nerves would crawl up
you untill you finally
collapse into your
eternal insanity.
Be glad i don't show you.
because the thought of
it makes me happy.
So when you are near me,
understand that
this is why i smile.

I'm not going to say I enjoyed this poem as its impossible to enjoy this sort of pain, but I think this poem is very good, the bitterness is there but there's also a lot of hope. Superb

I was honestly not crazy about the poem - which means absolutely nothing as I am no judge ....... but that line in your heading sure cut me to the bone!
